Hey Claire.
I do a lot of self-portraiture, so I thought, why not.
Here’s my set. It’s not every single self-portrait I’ve ever shot (scary, huh?), and it’s not in chronological order but rather order in which I uploaded the photos. I also have a big long series of shots I’ve been taking with my cell since my mom got sick - very unfiltered, very real and candid and often very unflattering pictures. For a while it was every day, but I’ve been lax on that lately. Haven’t uploaded a lot of those though; they’re mostly for me.
But I think this is a good set. You’re right. It’s fun to look at it. It’s especially interesting to look at how much has changed over this particular year. Which is why I chose this particular photo to represent the set. It was taken almost exactly one year ago. The person in this photo? She has no idea. No clue what she’s in for.
She’ll be alright.
