I can’t in good conscience support that part. Think about it - treating cancer is expensive. If you’re going to hate on someone and wish death, why not go for creative and cheap, like “I hope he falls in an open manhole and slowly drowns in a heaving pile of raw sewage while disinterested neighbors walk by and watch as he tries to scream without getting additional mouthfuls of shit.”
